Well that was a night that was. I think we all know what a stormy night really is as three storms came sailing by. One as we went to bed and then another in the middle of night and then another one for us all day until this afternoon it finally said bye.

We had winds of 103 mph here in the south. That is wild. It kept hitting the side of the Home and I wondered if we should have chains to hold us down I needn’t have worried. I woke up this morning and there was no damage apart from I solar light had lost its top and left just a stick.

Ray got out to take photos

So Once again I stayed in although tonight I have shocked ray and put my coat, got my walking stick and took a very happy Louis round the park. He loves it when Im with them. He will run to the door and then come back and sit by me and then he sadly walks to have his lead on. Tonight he was bouncing around, happy as larry.

Well they are saying the weather is going to get better so I hope it is true.

Phil Tufnell former England cricketer spin bowler and team captain on A Question of Sport on Saturday 16th February appeared on ‘Celebrity Pointless’ and went on to win the competition with his partner Martin Offiah. Phil very kindly chose the Mesothelioma UK Charitable Trust as his chosen charity which is just a fantastic boost for all those suffering with mesothelioma. It is wonderful to hear a popular television star mention our charity and recognise this dreadful disease. Phil kindly donated his winnings of £1,250.00 which is just brilliant.

Well done Phil xxx
