I wasnt really looking forward to Ronny’s funeral It was such a sad day.

We got Louis walked early and set off for the Vinters Park Crematorium Maidstone but first we bought some flowers to put with the card that Ray had made last night.

We arrived in plenty of time and slowly walked to the Chapel.

Ronny’s family arrived and so put me at ease, they are so very nice. I gave Robert a big hug from the warriors and also hugged Ronny’s children one by one.

We all went in behind Ronny as the bearers carried her in and the service was really nice, you could feel Ronny say, no tears please she was always the person that calmed people down when the going was tough.

Then a CD was played and it was a song that Ronny had written in 1972 and the words were so lovely about a special land where we go when we die. Very talented was our Ronny, as her Daughter Emily is as she to is a lovely singer and Ronny was so proud of her.

The curtains close at this point and Ronny was gone from view but never forgotten Goodnight sweet Ronny xxx

We all made our way out side and chatted  with the family and they so understood I had to get to the hospital so couldn’t follow to the Yalding Church which I so regretted as it was to be a celebration of her wonderful life.

Flowers and card from the warriors

Just some of the lovely Flowers

We came away and had to get to the Hospital so i phoned them to say I was on my way and they can make my Trial Drug up and I took the paracetamol that I have to take as the drug hurts the muscle’s and we carried onto the M20 to come off at Aylesford. Parking is easy at that time of day, so no problems there.

I sat around and was soon called to Charles Dickens Ward, the machine behaved this week so I soon settled down.

After and hour I was able to come home with my Chemo Tablets which I soon took when I got home.

Im now set up for another week.
